Location: Sauk Rapids, MN
Pay Rate: Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Requirements
- Previous manufacturing, glazing, construction, carpentry, or assembly experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and work instructions
- Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math
- Experience using hand tools and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Positive attitude and reliable attendance
- Ability to stand for the entire shift, except scheduled breaks
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. independently and heavier items with assistance
- Must pass a 7-year background check
- Sturdy closed-toe shoes or boots, work pants, and work shirt required
Job Duties
- Read blueprints and work orders to assemble commercial window units
- Install and align glass within window frames
- Apply sealants, glazing tape, gaskets, and related materials
- Measure materials and verify proper glass placement and alignment
- Inspect finished products for quality, proper sealing, and damage
- Use hand tools, power tools, chop saws, and tape measures safely
- Move and handle glass and window components throughout the production process
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Assist in other production departments as needed
- Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures
