Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing, production coordination, or project management
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong measurement and inspection skills using tools such as tape measures and calipers
• Understanding of shipping, packaging, and logistics processes
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work across multiple facilities and departments
• Valid driver’s license required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in metal fabrication, machining, or a similar manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Previous Sales or Customer Service support experience

Job Duties

• Manage customer projects from order release through shipment
• Develop and maintain project timelines while identifying risks and implementing solutions
• Review blueprints, drawings, and specifications prior to production
• Verify part details, materials, tolerances, and special customer requirements
• Inspect and measure parts to ensure quality and accuracy
• Ensure packaging, labeling, and shipping meet customer expectations
• Coordinate production capacity across multiple facilities
• Communicate project updates with Sales, Operations, and customers
• Maintain project documentation, approvals, and engineering changes
• Identify process improvements and recommend solutions to increase efficiency
