Schedule: Monday – Wednesday + Every other Thursday | 7:00 PM – 7:00 am

Requirements
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and manufacturing equipment.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system failures.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Repair and maintain machinery including die cutters, web and sheet-fed presses, inserting machines, folders, conveyor systems, and bindery equipment.
- Interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, operation manuals, and manufacturer specifications.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, precision measuring instruments, and testing equipment.
- Fabricate, modify, or repair machine components using welding equipment, lathes, milling machines, drill presses, grinders, and other machine shop tools.
Job Duties
- Proven experience installing, repairing, maintaining, and overhauling complex industrial machinery.
- Advanced knowledge of electrical controls, mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective repairs.
- Ability to perform precision alignments, measurements, and equipment calibrations.
- Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer specifications.
- Knowledge of hydraulic pumps, motors, drive systems, positioning systems, and automated equipment.
- Strong understanding of geometry, shop mathematics, clearances, pressure, flow rates, and equipment tolerances.
- Ability to fabricate replacement parts and assemble specialized mechanical components.

What You Will DoAs a Maintenance Technician you will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, machinery, and facility systems to support safe and efficient operations. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose equipment issues, replace worn components, document completed work, and work closely with production and operations teams to minimize downtime while maintaining quality and safety standards.
A Maintenance Technician helps maximize equipment reliability through routine maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repair. This role requires mechanical ability, technical knowledge, and a commitment to maintaining safe and efficient operations across a variety of industrial environments.
The Maintenance Technician works with production equipment, facility systems, and mechanical components while applying sound troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve equipment issues. Strong analytical thinking and practical repair skills contribute to improved productivity and reduced downtime.
