Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate basic production equipment
• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
• Positive work ethic and willingness to learn

• Assist in the production of no-bake sand cores used in the metal casting process
• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Package and prepare finished materials for shipment
• Maintain production schedules and meet daily goals
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow established work instructions and production procedures
• Support team members and contribute to efficient operations

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
