Shift: 5 AM-3:30 PM | Monday-Friday

Finishing Technician Requirements: 

• Experience with hand assembly, sanding, polishing, painting, or surface preparation preferred.
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to work around manufacturing equipment and moving machinery.
• Good visual acuity, including color vision and depth perception.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork.

Finishing Technician Job Duties: 

• Perform hand assembly and finishing of manufactured parts.
• Sand, polish, paint, and prepare surfaces to quality specifications.
• Apply corrosion control and surface finishing techniques.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Perform repetitive production tasks while meeting productivity standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
