Location: Conway, AR
Pay Rate: $15.00 – $15.30 per hour
Schedules: 
Monday – Thursday (3 AM – 3 PM) + Fridays for OT (5 AM – 1 PM)

This Production Associate job in Conway is made for people who like to stay busy and build something real. You’ll learn fast, move fast, and stack that pay every week.

Requirements: 

• 6 months of manufacturing experience
• Lift (up to) 50 lbs. and stack product safely
• You’re good with your hands and can be “on-the-go” the full shift
• Keep it tight, stay safe, and back up your crew

Job Duties:
Every shift, you’ll operate a forklift and hand load. Retrieve supplies and materials, maintain inventory, document accurately, and maintain the production area.
