Now Hiring: Maintenance Helper
Location: West Monroe, LA
Pay Rate: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Do you enjoy hands-on work and take pride in keeping properties looking their best? Join our team as a Maintenance Helper and assist with apartment maintenance, make-ready projects, and general property repairs in a fast-paced residential environment.

Maintenance Helper Requirements: 

  • Previous apartment maintenance, make-ready, handyman, or property maintenance experience preferred.
  • Basic carpentry and general repair skills.
  • Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work throughout the day.

Maintenance Helper Job Duties: 

  • Assist with apartment maintenance and residential property repairs.
  • Perform basic carpentry, make-ready, and handyman tasks.
  • Repair doors, cabinets, trim, hardware, locks, and hinges.
  • Complete routine property inspections and identify maintenance needs.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
  • Work alongside the Lead Maintenance Technician to complete daily assignments.
