Job Duties:

• Package finished hardwood flooring products according to company specifications.
• Inspect flooring for visible defects, damage, or quality concerns before boxing.
• Apply labels, stack boxes, and prepare materials for palletizing and shipment.
• Maintain production pace while ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met.
• Operate basic packaging equipment and hand tools as needed.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.
• Communicate quality or equipment concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Assist with other production or warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements: 

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good attendance and reliability.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.
