Location: Staples, MN
Pay Rate: $16.75 per hour
Second Shift: 4:00 PM-2:00 AM | Monday-Thursday

- Ability to stand for extended periods in a manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to follow all safety and operational procedures.

Job Duties:
- Assist in the production of high-quality molded products in a manufacturing environment.
- Set up and verify correct materials, tools, and press machine settings before production runs.
- Measure and weigh materials accurately according to production specifications.
- Inspect molded parts for quality, defects, and consistency.
- Trim and finish parts as needed to meet quality standards.
- Count, package, and prepare finished parts for boxing and shipment.
- Maintain awareness of production processes and follow all work instructions.
- Support continuous production flow while meeting quality and safety standards.
- Keep the work area clean and organized throughout the shift.
- Follow all safety procedures and company manufacturing guidelines.
