Location: West Chester, OH
Pay Rate: $28.00 – $32.00 per hour
12-Hour Shift | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (2,2,3 schedule)

Qualifications: 

• Proficient use of hand tools.
• Critical thinking and attention to detail.
• Possesses the following skills: problem solver, excellent written/verbal skills, team-oriented, responsible.
• Must understand numbers and be able to read technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time.

Education Required: Technical certificate or 2 years of experience in troubleshooting and repairing industrial mechanical equipment.

Job Duties: 

• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve equipment and facility issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure equipment longevity and safety.
• Repair or replace defective equipment parts.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed.
• Test and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment or systems. This may involve circuits, relay logic, wiring, motors, servo drives, etc.
• Perform basic administrative tasks, including documenting work performed through written/electronic methods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize tasks/projects based on business needs.
