Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing, assembly, construction, or related experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and job orders
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools
• Basic electrical wiring knowledge and ability to follow wiring instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Commitment to workplace safety and following company procedures

Job Duties:

• Assemble commercial beverage refrigeration units and sub-assemblies
• Install accessories, components, and materials according to specifications
• Perform basic electrical wiring connections using diagrams and work instructions
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and production documents
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools safely and effectively
• Inspect completed products to ensure quality and customer requirements are met
• Load, unload, lift, and move materials throughout the production area
• Complete production paperwork, barcoding, checklists, and shipping documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow 5S standards
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and company policies and procedures
