Job Duties:

• Pull and fulfill customer orders accurately using pick tickets and handheld QR code scanners.
• Scan, verify, and track inventory throughout the order fulfillment process to ensure accuracy.
• Move products throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks, sleds, and other material handling equipment.
• Stage, organize, and prepare orders for shipment while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• Inspect products for damage and report inventory discrepancies or shortages to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all warehouse procedures and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse, order picking, distribution, or inventory experience preferred.
• Experience using handheld scanners, QR code readers, RF scanners, or similar inventory tracking devices.
• Ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting and physically demanding work throughout the shift.
• Ability to safely operate pallet jacks, sleds, and other material handling equipment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately follow pick tickets and order instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity and accuracy goals.
• Dependable attendance, strong work ethic, and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull for extended periods during the workday.
