Shift: 7 AM – 3:30 PM | Schedule: Monday-Friday

It’s time to get on the line. We’re hiring Filter Room Technicians to keep the machines humming and the orders rolling out. If you’ve got the grit to handle a fast-moving factory floor, we’ve got steady work and solid pay waiting.

Requirements: 

• Perform repetitive, detail-oriented assembly work in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills are required.
• Ability to lift to 20 pounds as needed.
• Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Work in a fast-paced production setting focused on quality and efficiency.

Job Duties: 

• Assemble irrigation filters and components according to work instructions, blueprints, and specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and production documentation.
• Perform detailed inspections to ensure product quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Test completed filters to verify proper functionality and performance standards.
• Identify, document, and report defective materials, parts, or finished products.
• Maintain accurate production records and quality documentation.
• Follow all company safety procedures, GMPs, and workplace policies.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining strict quality standards.
• Assist with additional production and assembly tasks as assigned.
