Now hiring Material Handler
Location: Moraine, OH
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Combination of 7:00 AM–4:00 PM and 10:00 AM–7:00 PM

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment processes
  • Ability to lead, coach, and develop warehouse team members
  • Hands-on leadership style with willingness to work alongside the team on daily warehouse operations
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to monitor team performance and drive productivity improvements
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs as needed
  • Ability to stand and remain active throughout the workday
  • Experience with warehouse safety procedures and operational best practices

Job Duties:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory, shipping, receiving, and order pulling
  • Lead and support warehouse associates to achieve productivity and service goals
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and warehouse organization
  • Manage employee performance, training, scheduling, and development
  • Assist with hands-on warehouse tasks as needed to support operations
  • Ensure orders are processed accurately and shipped on time
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient warehouse environment
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Collaborate with management to support overall operational success
