Location: Dayton, OH
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $19.50 per hour
Shift Options: 2nd Shift, 3 PM – 11 PM | 3rd Shift, 11 PM – 7 AM | Monday – Friday

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of machine operating experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE usage
• Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and production standards
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on accountability and dependability

Job Duties: 

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery
• Maintain production output while meeting quality standards
• Perform routine machine inspections and identify potential issues
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and minor machine adjustments
• Follow established safety procedures and company policies
• Keep workstations and production areas clean and organized
• Accurately complete production-related tasks and documentation
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
