Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Requirements:

• Steel-toe shoes required
• Ability to perform repetitive hand movements throughout the shift
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally
• Comfortable performing hands-on, manual production work
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in an industrial environment where clothing may become dirty

Job Duties:

• Fill bearings with solid lubricant using manual production methods
• Remove bearings from trays and prepare them for processing
• Hand pack and trim bearings according to specifications
• Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and consistency throughout the process
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all production procedures, safety policies, and quality standards
• Assist with additional production tasks as needed
