Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of assembly and SAP experience required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, prints, and assembly instructions
• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools and measuring devices
• Experience measuring, cutting, fitting, and securing components to specifications
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Shipping/receiving experience is a plus
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Job Duties:

• Assemble industrial hose systems ranging from a few feet to 80+ meters in length
• Read and interpret blueprints to identify split points, routing requirements, and attachment locations
• Measure, cut, fit, and secure hoses and fittings according to specifications
• Attach assemblies to pumps and related equipment
• Verify routing, connections, and assembly accuracy against engineering prints
• Perform testing and inspections to ensure assemblies meet quality standards
• Utilize SAP for production tracking and documentation
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and material handling activities as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures
