Pay Rate: $13.50 per hour

As a Production Worker in Mount Sterling, you’ll be part of the team that keeps production flowing. You’ll load materials, check quality, and help meet daily goals. Bring a good attitude and a strong work ethic, and let Staffmark handle the rest.

Requirements: 

• Smarts: High school diploma or GED preferred — or real-world know-how that gets the job done.
• Know-How: Assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Strength: Can lift (up to) 50 lbs, stay active, and handle the grind.
• Mindset: Show up on time, stay safe, and have your team’s back.

Job Duties: 

• Load, stack, and move materials on the production floor
• Watch for quality issues and fix small problems fast
