Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1–3 years of manufacturing, assembly, or construction experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills
• Ability to safely use hand tools, pneumatic tools, and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift, move, and position materials throughout the shift
• Ability to follow safety, quality, and production procedures

Job Duties:

• Assemble fabricated parts, sub-assemblies, and accessory components
• Perform basic electrical wiring connections according to diagrams
• Inspect products to ensure quality and customer specifications are met
• Operate hand tools, electrical tools, and pneumatic tools safely
• Load, unload, and move materials and finished products as needed
• Read and interpret job orders, blueprints, and diagrams to complete assemblies
• Complete production paperwork, checklists, barcoding, and shipping documentation
• Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards within the work area
• Follow all quality, safety, and company procedures
