Requirements:

• Previous machine operator, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
• Ability to operate and monitor slitting and coating machinery safely and efficiently
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and quality control standards
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks in a production environment
• Ability to follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures
• Steel-toe boots required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Job Duties:

• Set up, operate, and maintain slitting machines used to cut large rolls of material into narrower strips
• Operate coating machines and monitor production processes
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products from machinery
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications and production standards
• Monitor machine performance and report equipment issues as needed
• Handle and process various paper and coated material products
• Maintain accurate production flow and meet daily output goals
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company safety and manufacturing procedures
