Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1–3 years of manufacturing, assembly, or construction experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
• Ability to follow safety, quality, and company procedures

Job Duties:

• Assemble sub-assemblies and install components and accessories according to specifications
• Perform basic electrical wiring connections using diagrams and work instructions
• Inspect products to ensure compliance with quality, engineering, and customer requirements
• Operate hand tools, pneumatic tools, and power tools safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, lift, and move materials and finished products as needed
• Read and interpret job orders, blueprints, and diagrams to position materials correctly
• Complete electronic documentation, checklists, barcoding, and shipping paperwork accurately
• Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards within the work area
• Follow all Quality Management System, Safety Management System, and company policies
