Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Requirements:

• Mechanically inclined with strong hand-eye coordination
• Ability to read blueprints and follow written instructions
• Experience using hand tools and basic measuring devices, including tape measures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move small to large components as needed
• Ability to work in a quiet, structured production environment
• Closed-toe shoes and pants required
• Must pass a drug screening
• Resume and interview required

Job Duties:

• Assemble small and medium-sized components according to specifications
• Build wiring harnesses using blueprints and assembly instructions
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
• Use hand tools and measuring devices to complete assembly tasks accurately
• Maintain accurate production documentation as required
• Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and production goals
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Follow all company procedures, quality requirements, and dress code guidelines
