Now Hiring: Quality Control
Location: Blue Ash, OH
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7 AM-3:30 PM

This Quality Control job in Blue Ash is for people who take pride in precision. You’ll help your crew turn out products that meet the mark and stand the test of time.

Requirements: 

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1–3 years of quality control, manufacturing, or related experience preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and quality management systems
  • Experience with GMP, food-grade warehousing, or similar industry standards is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong visual acuity and manual dexterity for detailed inspections

Job Duties: 

  • Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished products
  • Perform visual, dimensional, and functional quality checks
  • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work instructions
  • Document inspection results in quality logs, databases, and QMS systems
  • Identify and quarantine non-conforming materials or products
  • Assist with root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) activities
  • Communicate quality issues to production, engineering, and leadership teams
  • Support internal and external quality audits
  • Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures
  • Collaborate with teams to improve product quality and processes
