Location: Vancouver, WA
Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8 AM-5 PM

Every shop needs that one person who can fix anything. If that’s you, we’re looking for a Residential Service Technician to join the crew: steady work, solid pay, and the respect you deserve.

Requirements: 

• 1–3+ years of maintenance experience in property management or a related field preferred
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general repairs
• EPA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Positive attitude with a strong customer service focus
• Reliable transportation and the ability to participate in an on-call rotation, if required

Job Duties: 

• Complete routine maintenance and repair requests in occupied and vacant apartment homes
• Perform preventative maintenance to help keep the property in excellent condition
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance issues
• Respond to resident service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with apartment turns and unit preparation for new residents
• Conduct property inspections and identify maintenance concerns
• Maintain community grounds and common areas as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
