Now Hiring: Residential Service Technician
Location: Vancouver, WA
Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8 AM-5 PM

Every shop needs that one person who can fix anything. If that’s you, we’re looking for a Residential Service Technician to join the crew: steady work, solid pay, and the respect you deserve.
Requirements:
- 1–3+ years of maintenance experience in property management or a related field preferred
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general repairs
- EPA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Positive attitude with a strong customer service focus
- Reliable transportation and the ability to participate in an on-call rotation, if required
Job Duties:
- Complete routine maintenance and repair requests in occupied and vacant apartment homes
- Perform preventative maintenance to help keep the property in excellent condition
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance issues
- Respond to resident service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with apartment turns and unit preparation for new residents
- Conduct property inspections and identify maintenance concerns
- Maintain community grounds and common areas as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
