Now hiring: Property Manager
Location: Vancouver, WA
Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour
Shift: 8 AM-5 PM | Monday-Friday

Requirements and Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of property management, apartment management, or related leadership experience
  • LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) experience required
  • Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and property compliance requirements
  • Experience using Yardi or similar property management software
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, rent collections, and property financials
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and employee development skills
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management systems
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties:

  • Oversee daily operations of a residential apartment community
  • Manage property performance, occupancy goals, and resident satisfaction
  • Collect rent, monitor delinquency, and assist with budgeting and financial reporting
  • Develop and implement leasing, marketing, and resident retention strategies
  • Lead, train, and support leasing and maintenance team members
  • Build positive relationships with residents and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ensure compliance with LIHTC regulations, Fair Housing laws, and company policies
  • Coordinate maintenance activities, vendor services, and property improvements
  • Conduct property inspections to maintain community appearance and standards
  • Monitor local market trends and recommend strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue
