Warehouse Associate Job Details
Location: Northlake, IL
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday (5 AM – 1:30 PM)
Employment Type: Temporary during peak season
Details:
- 1 year of heavy lifting and/or warehouse experience
- Load, unload, and sort products to keep things moving
- Pick & pack orders with speed and accuracy
- Scan items in and out (easy to learn)
- Stay on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs
- Play it safe — follow the rules for your team’s sake
- Check labels and counts twice
Warehouse Sorter Job Details
Location Wood Dale, IL
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Hours: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM | Monday – Friday
Employment Type: Temporary
Details:
- 1 year of warehouse experience
- Know warehouse safety and best practices
- Stay on your feet, lifting 50 lbs through the shift
- Load, unload, and stage freight
- Track inventory with scanners or systems
- Inspect incoming shipments for quality
- Keep your area clean, safe, and organized
- Work with your team to hit daily goals
Maintenance Technician Job Details
Location Elkhorn, WI
Pay Rate: $22.00 – $30.00 per hour
Shift: (2nd Shift | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) (3rd Shift | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Monday – Friday (TBD)
Training will take place on the 1st shift from 7:00 AM – 3:00 AM Monday – Friday for the first few weeks.
Employment Type: Direct hire
Details:
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred
- 3–5 years of CNC maintenance experience in manufacturing
- Strong electrical troubleshooting experience required
- Experience with CNC equipment and controls preferred
- Computer skills and forklift certification a plus
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on CNC machines and related equipment, including mills, lathes, grinders, and auxiliary systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and servo issues using schematics, manuals, and diagnostic tools.
- Calibrate and align components to maintain precision, ensure compliance with safety standards (including LOTO), and track maintenance activity in the system.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve recurring issues and support equipment installation, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of CNC equipment and control systems (Fanuc, Haas, Siemens preferred).
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Experience with PLC systems and electrical diagnostics.
- Basic welding and fabrication skills.
- Proficient with precision measuring tools.
- Effective communication and ability to work independently or on a team.
CNC Machinist Job Details
Location: Elkhorn, WI
Pay Rate: $23.00 – $30.00 per hour
Shift: Monday – Friday | 11 PM – 7 AM (3rd Shift) OR 3 PM – 11 PM (2nd Shift)
Training will take place on the 1st shift from 7 AM – 3 PM for 4 – 5 weeks
Position Type: Direct Hire
Details:
- 5+ years of hands-on CNC machining experience (lathes and mills preferred)
- Proficient in Mazatrol and G-code programming
- Ability to read blueprints and GD&T
- Strong attention to quality, safety, and documentation
- Lift up to 50 lbs; safely handle heavy parts using cranes or hoists
- Perform repetitive tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC lathes and mills
- Produce parts accurately to engineering prints and quality standards
- Perform inspections and document production and quality data
- Conduct routine machine maintenance and report issues promptly
- Support process improvements, tooling, and fixturing initiatives
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
