Location: Montpelier, OH
Salary: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year

Here’s what it takes to succeed with us. Requirements.
- Associate degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Technology (preferred)
- 3–5+ years of automation or robotics experience
- Hands-on experience with PLC programming and robotic systems (Fanuc, Yaskawa)
- Knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and electrical schematics
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience with pneumatics, EOAT design, and mechanical repair preferred
- Ability to stand, lift (up to 75 lbs), and perform physical tasks throughout shift
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or off-shift schedules as needed
- Must follow PPE and safety standards in a manufacturing setting
Job Duties
- Install, program, troubleshoot, and maintain robotic systems, PLCs, controllers, EOAT tooling, and vision/camera systems
- Support new automation projects, including system setup, testing, documentation, and production handoff
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues; perform repairs and preventive maintenance
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to improve system performance, efficiency, and reliability
- Develop and revise automation programs and work instructions
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and build control systems
- Use test equipment (multimeters, etc.) to validate system performance
- Maintain fixtures, tooling, and secondary automation equipment (e.g., poke-yokes)
- Ensure safety compliance and document all testing and procedures
