Requirements:

• Previous maintenance, janitorial, facilities, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as needed
• Commitment to workplace safety and housekeeping standards

Job Duties:

• Perform general facility maintenance, painting, and minor repair work
• Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems and material handling equipment
• Troubleshoot and assist with basic maintenance and repair needs
• Complete housekeeping duties including sweeping, trash removal, and cleaning work areas
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility environment
• Prioritize maintenance requests and complete projects in a timely manner
• Assist with facility improvement and upkeep projects
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Support additional maintenance and operational needs as assigned
