Location: Englewood, OH
Pay Rate: $16.30 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 8:50 PM to 7:00 AM

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience setting up and operating press equipment required
- At least 2 years of manufacturing experience required
- Experience with progressive die machines preferred
- Ability to use micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments
- Strong math and problem-solving skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production standards
- Ability to load and unload material coils and perform physical production duties
- Commitment to quality, safety, and productivity
Job Duties:
- Set up and operate progressive die presses, decoilers, roll straighteners, and feed equipment
- Perform routine quality inspections on parts throughout the production process
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime
- Complete production paperwork accurately and on time
- Ensure quality standards and production efficiency goals are consistently met
- Load and unload coils of material safely and efficiently
- Use measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers to verify product specifications
- Follow all safety procedures and work instructions to maintain a safe work environment
- Clean and maintain equipment, dies, and work areas
- Support continuous production operations and assist with additional duties as assigned
