Job Description:


Now hiring: Customer Service Representative
Location: Garland, TX
Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour
Shift: 2 PM – 10 PM | Tuesday-Saturday

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets required
  • Basic typing and 10-key data entry skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience with UPS and FedEx shipping systems preferred
  • Ability to work effectively with customers, warehouse personnel, and office teams
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
  • Comfortable working in varying warehouse and office conditions

Job Duties: 

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, invoices, shipments, inventory, and account activity
  • Process customer orders accurately and enter information into company systems
  • Generate stock and inventory reports to verify product availability
  • Prepare and maintain paperwork related to customer work orders and shipments
  • Coordinate special and expedited shipping requests with warehouse, traffic, and operations teams
  • Follow up with internal departments to ensure customer service expectations are met
  • Verify invoicing accuracy and assist with account-related inquiries
  • Maintain damage reports, backorder logs, and customer account records
  • Communicate customer feedback, concerns, and service issues to management
  • Maintain organized files, procedures, and documentation to support daily operations
