Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
4-day Work Week | Monday-Thursday | 6 AM-4 PM

Like working with your hands and keeping things moving? As a Slitter Machine Operator, you’ll run the gear, keep the line alive, and take home steady pay with solid benefits.

Requirements: 

• Previous slitter machine operation experience required
• Manufacturing experience preferred (cardboard, paper, or converting industry a plus)
• Ability to read measuring tools and perform basic math calculations
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work around moving machinery
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
