Now hiring: Administrative Assistant
Location: Eaton, OH
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour (+based on experience)
Day Shift: 7 AM-4 PM

What It Takes to Shine:
- Prior administrative, office support, or clerical experience
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Proficiency with basic office systems (Microsoft Office or similar tools)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and support multiple departments simultaneously
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
How You’ll Keep It All Together:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for plant operations, HR, Purchasing, and leadership teams
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical records
- Prepare, edit, and maintain documents, reports, and internal communications
- Process invoices and support basic purchasing and accounting-related tasks
- Manage filing systems and ensure records are up to date and compliant
- Assist with general office coordination and administrative workflows
- Support multiple departments with ad hoc administrative needs as assigned
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and business information
