Location Carlstadt, NJ
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift | 1:30 PM to 11:00 PM  | Monday – Friday

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when selecting and verifying products
• Ability to follow work orders, instructions, and shipping requirements
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

Job Duties:

• Pick garments from designated warehouse locations according to work orders and customer specifications
• Verify item accuracy, quantities, sizes, colors, and styles before processing orders
• Stage picked garments for shipment preparation and distribution
• Prioritize order fulfillment based on shipping schedules and carrier deadlines
• Maintain productivity and accuracy standards while meeting daily goals
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or location issues to supervisors
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and general warehouse duties
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate order completion and shipment
