Shift: 3rd shift | 11:30pm- 7:30am

What You’ll Need

• Previous machine operation experience required; CNC experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities
• Experience working in a quality-focused manufacturing environment preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Strong understanding of workplace safety practices and procedures
• Reliable attendance and proven dependability required
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow within the role
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Fire up and run machines to keep the line moving smooth
• Watch for problems, troubleshoot quick, and keep production on track
• Check quality and make sure every product meets the mark
• Handle setups, adjustments, and minor repairs when needed
• Work safe, work steady, and keep the floor running strong
