Positions Available
We are hiring for Stand Up Reach Forklift Operators + Material Handlers roles across multiple shifts. All positions are temp-to-hire with strong long-term potential.

Stand Up Reach Forklift Operator Details
Shift + Pay Info:
Location: Mt. Juliet, TN

• Pay Rate: $18.75 – $20.75 per hour
• Shifts: Monday – Friday (7 AM – 3:30 PM) (3 PM – 11:30 PM) OR Sunday – Thursday (11 PM – 7:30 AM)

Location: Lebanon, TN

• Pay Rate: $20.25 per hour
• Schedule: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts Available!

Stand Up Reach Forklift Operator Job Details:

• 6 months of experience within the last year operating a stand up reach truck
• Skilled at stacking, staging, and navigating tight spaces
• Able to lift (up to) 50 lbs. safely and confidently
• Operate stand-up reach forklifts to move, stack, and store merchandise safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, pick, stage, and prepare products for shipment
• Verify product quantities and maintain shipping accuracy
• Use RF scanners and basic computer systems, including Microsoft Excel, for inventory tracking
• Complete equipment inspections and report safety or inventory concerns promptly
• Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and discrepancy resolution

Material Handler Details
Shift + Pay Info:

• Location: Lebanon, TN
• Pay Rate: $17.25 per hour
• Shift Details
  • 1st Shift + 2nd Shift + 3rd Shift
  • All schedules will include either a Saturday or Sunday (Sometimes both)

Material Handler Job Details:

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs or more
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to work in varying temperatures depending on warehouse conditions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and invoices
• Load and unload materials from trucks safely and efficiently
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Sort and stage products in designated warehouse locations
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and documentation
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free
• Report damaged materials, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed
