We’re looking for someone who can think on their feet, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain safe, consistent, and efficient operations within our wood powder production department. Sound like you? Keep reading to learn more.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor wood powder production equipment, including computerized and automated systems
• Perform quality inspections on raw materials and finished products to ensure specifications are met
• Conduct preventative maintenance to maintain equipment performance and minimize downtime
• Optimize production output while reducing waste and scrap
• Troubleshoot issues and make real-time decisions to support efficient operations
• Collaborate on research and development initiatives, including testing new materials and improving production processes
• Support continuous improvement efforts to maintain industry-leading products and technology
• Follow all safety, quality, and production standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Forklift experience or ability to learn forklift operation required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Powder coating experience is a plus, but not required
