Here’s what it takes to succeed with us.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 2–4+ years of accounting experience in construction, distribution, retail, or high-volume transactional environments preferred
• Strong understanding of GL reconciliations, AP/AR, and cash management
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliations)
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as NetSuite, Sage, SAP, Dynamics, or QuickBooks Enterprise
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and account analyses
• Support month-end close and maintain accurate accounting records
• Process AP invoices, vendor reconciliations, and payment support activities
• Manage AR functions including invoicing, cash application, aging review, and customer account maintenance
• Monitor daily deposits, cash receipts, and bank reconciliations
• Research and resolve discrepancies, short-pays, chargebacks, and reconciling items
• Support cash forecasting and maintain strong internal controls
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and vendors to resolve accounting issues
