Stand Up Forklift Operator Job Details

Location: Mt Juliet, TN

Shift + Pay Info:

• Pay Rate: $18.75 – $20.75 per hour
• Monday – Friday (7 AM – 3:30 PM) (3 PM – 11:30 PM)
• Sunday – Thursday (11 PM – 7:30 AM)

Details:

• 6 months of experience within the last year operating the a stand up reach truck
• Skilled at stacking, staging, and navigating tight spaces
• Able to lift (up to) 50 lbs. safely and confidently
• Committed to safety and teamwork
• Reliable and ready every shift

Material Handler Job Details

Location: Lebanon, TN

Shift + Pay Info:

• Pay Rate: $17.25 per hour
• 1st Shift + 2nd Shift + 3rd Shift
• All schedules will include either a Saturday or Sunday (Sometimes both)

Details:

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and invoices
• Load and unload materials from trucks safely and efficiently
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Sort and stage products in designated warehouse locations
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and documentation
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free
• Report damaged materials, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs or more
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to work in varying temperatures depending on warehouse conditions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions

Forklift Operator Job Details

Location: Lebanon, TN or Byhalia, MS

Shift + Pay Info:

• Pay Rate: $16.25 – $20.25 per hour
• 1st Shift + 2nd Shift + 3rd Shift
• Schedule may include weekends

Details:

• 6 months of experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable standing, bending, and performing repetitive physical tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Experience operating Yale or Crown dock stockers preferred
• Basic warehouse or material handling experience preferred
• Ability to use hand tools such as safety cutters and strap cutters
• Steel toe boots required
• Operate a dock stocker/forklift safely and efficiently
• Remove plastic straps from pallets and packaged materials
• Support assembly line, pre-pack, and destrap operations
• Pack and tape boxes for shipment
• Wrap pallets securely to maintain product stability during transport
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Assist with additional warehouse and material handling tasks as needed
