We’re hiring a Landscape Assistant in Brainerd, and this is your chance to work outside, use your hands, and keep the property clean, green, and looking sharp.

Crew Requirements: What You Need to Succeed

• At least 2 years of landscape maintenance or construction experience
• Skilled in safely operating landscaping equipment
• Strong attention to safety when using tools and equipment
• Able to lift (up to) 50 lbs and move throughout the property
• Comfortable working outdoors year-round and staying motivated

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Landscape Assistant, you’ll handle daily landscaping tasks like pruning, edging, cutting, watering lawn and garden areas. You’ll work with plants and flowers, help keep the property looking sharp, and lift (up to) 50 pounds as part of the job.
