These are the qualifications that matter.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications preferred
• AWS certification preferred
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a Production Robotic Welding Machine Operator
• Experience with heavy steel or metal fabrication required
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and drawings
• Knowledge of robotic welding equipment, safety procedures, and quality standards
• Experience with computerized work order systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work independently
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Role Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor robotic welding production systems to ensure safe and efficient production
• Inspect welded components and verify welding quality according to company standards
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on welding equipment and machinery
• Handle, prepare, and package finished components for shipment
• Work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional, multicultural team environment
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and production efficiency efforts
