Now hiring Painter – Direct Hire
Location: West Chester, OH
Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour
Schedule: (2nd Shift | 2:45 PM – 11:00 PM | Monday – Friday | $0.75 shift differential) (Weekend Shift | 2:45 AM – 3:00 PM | Work 36 hours get paid for 40 hours | $2.00 shift differential)

Here’s what we’re looking for.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous industrial or manufacturing paint experience required
- Strong understanding of paint mixing, surface preparation, and spray application techniques
- Ability to use pneumatic tools and manufacturing equipment safely
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to cross-train and work overtime as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret manufacturing plans and work instructions
- Gather materials and maintain required production documentation throughout the process
- Prepare surfaces for painting using hand grinders, DA sanders, and other pneumatic tools
- Mix paints and coatings according to specifications
- Apply coatings using HVLP spray guns while maintaining quality and consistency
- Perform spray gun troubleshooting, cleaning, and maintenance
- Mask parts and components using painter’s tape and protective materials
- Operate paint booth equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
