Pay Rate: $17.00 – $18.50 per hour
Shift Options: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

This position supports production operations through product assembly, paint line assistance, quality inspection, and general manufacturing duties. Candidates should be dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment.

No prior experience is required — training is provided.

Your Ticket In

• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
• Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Dependable attendance and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift
• Frequent bending, lifting, reaching, and movement throughout the workday
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment around machinery and production equipment

Your Role on the Line

• Assemble products and components according to production instructions
• Assist with paint line operations, including hanging, masking, inspecting, and packaging parts
• Perform visual quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Use basic hand and power tools as needed
• Maintain production pace and follow daily production schedules
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company safety guidelines and manufacturing procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
