Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM | Monday – Saturday | Overtime is based on volume and is mandatory | Must be able to work 12-hour shifts

Your job keeps the whole warehouse running right. As a Reach Truck Operator in Jefferson, you’ll operate the reach truck with focus and finesse, stacking product where it belongs and keeping every shift smooth from start to finish.

Before You Grab the Controls

• 2 years of reach truck operating experience
• Able to lift (up to) 50 lbs safely and often
• Pays attention to detail and safety rules
• Team player who gets the job done right

What You’ll Do Every Day
You’ll run the reach truck through tall racks and tight aisles with confidence. Move product where it needs to go, pull orders, and keep pallets stacked right. Check labels, count loads, and help the team hit daily goals safely and on time. Cross-train if needed.
