Location: Cincinnati, OH
Pay Rate: $17.00+ per hour (Based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 12:15 AM

  • 1+years of experience
  • Forklift certified or willing to obtain
  • Able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, packaging, or production leadership preferred
  • Ability to coach, train, and motivate production staff
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of production equipment
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to adapt quickly and learn new production processes
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee assigned packaging line operations to ensure production goals and quality standards are met
  • Perform quality inspections and verify products meet company specifications
  • Monitor labor productivity and assist with line staffing decisions as needed
  • Train and coach production employees on line procedures, safety, and performance expectations
  • Support troubleshooting efforts and perform simple equipment maintenance and adjustments
  • Ensure production procedures are followed accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and production teams to resolve operational issues
