Now hiring Administrative Assistant
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour
Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

What It Takes to Rock This Role.

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proven experience in admin or office support roles
  • Microsoft Office skills that make you everyone’s go-to
  • Organized, accurate, and comfortable with balancing priorities
  • Always professional, approachable, and team-focused
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication and grammatical skills.
  • Strong Attention to Details.
  • Strong Computer Skills, including Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, Calendar) and typing.
  • Ability to multi task
  • Can recognize and solve issues calmly and efficiently.
  • ACT experience or other customer database experience a plus.
  • Construction knowledge / blueprint reading a plus

How You’ll Make the Magic Happen.
You’ll start your day with coffee in hand and a plan in mind. You’ll check emails, update calendars, and make sure meetings are set to go off without a hitch. You’ll handle the details that keep projects running—coordinating calls, organizing documents, and keeping communication flowing. Whether it’s answering questions, tracking deadlines, or lending a hand, you’re the one who keeps the whole place in sync.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take clear and complete phone messages gathering required information from emailing phone messages to correct person(s).
  • Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
  • Open new projects based off of signed contracts.
  • Maintain Filing System, including organize and filing paperwork.
  • Partner with Sales team to respond to send leads and proposals, open projects, track with installation team, and close out projects.
  • Order products and brochures for Sales team.
  • Update reports for Sales and Operations team.
  • Perform a variety of other administrative duties as assigned.
