The Skills You Need:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of customer service or call center experience required.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent data entry accuracy and record-keeping ability.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain professional and positive when assisting customers.
