Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday – Friday

The Skills You Need:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1–2 years of customer service or call center experience required.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent data entry accuracy and record-keeping ability.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to remain professional and positive when assisting customers.
