Total Talent Solutions – Now Hiring a Machine Operator
Location: Stephenville, TX
Pay Rate: $16.43 per hour
Schedule: 12:00 PM – 10:30 PM | Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Push Buttons, Pull Levers, Cash Paychecks

Every shop needs someone to run the machines — and that’s where you come in. As a Machine Operator, you’ll keep production rolling while cashing steady paychecks.

Bring to the Table:

• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Basic math skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Proven reliability (attendance, safety, performance)
• Ability to work overtime and flexible shifts with short notice
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity preferred
• Ability to lift and maneuver 25+ lbs regularly without assistance

Day-to-Day:

• Operate press machinery and meet production targets
• Load, unload, and feed materials into dies
• Inspect parts for quality and identify defects
• Perform minor machine adjustments
• Accurately complete production reports and timekeeping
• Maintain adherence to safety and operational standards
• Support additional tasks assigned by supervisors
