Now hiring Production Associate
Elida, OH
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Monday – Friday with some mandated Saturdays

What  Gets You Hired

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–3 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred
  • Experience with stamping presses, blanking presses, press controls, or feeding equipment preferred
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions and production documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
  • Experience loading and threading coils preferred
  • Understanding of product quality requirements and manufacturing processes

What’s Expected Each Shift

  • Support daily production activities within the blanking department
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
  • Meet production goals established by team leads and management
  • Operate and monitor production processes involving raw materials, scrap, and finished parts
  • Complete labor and production documentation accurately
  • Perform inspections and maintain quality standards
  • Report production issues and support corrective action processes
  • Follow process documentation, work instructions, and operational procedures
  • Participate in process reviews and continuous improvement activities
  • Assist with validation, sorting, and cross-training in other production areas as needed
