Pay Rate: $17.50 – $21.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Monday – Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Education & Experience

• Technical degree in Manufacturing or related field preferred, plus metal sawing experience
• OR
• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of metal sawing experience preferred
• OR
• Equivalent combination of education and experience

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Experience using precision measuring tools
• Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow instructions and complete accurate work

Your Shift on the Floor

• Meet or exceed production cutting standards
• Select the appropriate cutting process for each job
• Operate saws and other metal cutting equipment
• Calculate material usage and enter cut lengths and quantities into machine controls
• Clean, cut, and deburr steel materials
• Ensure material is properly issued at the end of each shift
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards
• Report equipment maintenance or repair needs
• Support cross-training and skill development across machine shop operations
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
