Responsibilities:

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and support full-cycle recruiting efforts from job posting through onboarding
  • Write and post job advertisements and assist with social media recruiting efforts
  • Source and identify candidates through networking, online searches, and community outreach
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
  • Coordinate interviews, onsite visits, testing, and candidate communications
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and provide recruiting status updates
  • Support college recruiting initiatives and maintain relationships with colleges and universities
  • Assist with employee relations activities and HR administrative support
  • Help develop and maintain company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of HR recruiting experience required
  • Minimum 4 years of employee relations experience
  • Previous experience writing policies and procedures preferred
  • Strong computer skills including JD Edwards, Oracle, Microsoft Office, and Outlook
  • Payroll experience preferred
  • Knowledge of DOT/FAA regulations, drug and alcohol programs preferred
  • Understanding of state, local, and federal employment laws
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
